I received the product, View-Master reels, and I couldn t get them to work in my viewer. The seller got back with me and said they re actually the right size and I needed to play around with the viewer. He told me what to do. They worked fine. The seller is very helpful. And I m sorry that there was a misunderstanding initially. It was my fault. The viewer worked fine after I played with it a bit. They were great quality. They came with the original packaging and the original booklet.
