This item was exactly as advertised: a brand-new OEM factory CDROM service manual. The seller shipped it within a few days. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I had a few issues installing the software and the seller was very helpful with quick responses.
One note is: Do not change the default root drive and folder settings (C:/TSO) or the program will not run. The CDROM must be in the drive while accessing the program. The manual is amazing and well worth the price.
