I'm leaving positive feedback because the recipient likes the earrings, their a pretty blue color and well made. But they do not appear to be genuine tanzanite, plus the envelope they were delivered in had a sticker on it that said CE4 sapphire, what ever that means. Because of these discrepancies from the description, I messaged the seller two different times, and received nothing back. To me that means that they have something to hide or could care less about 'after sale' customer service.
