Oven only reaches 600 degrees and loses heat very quickly upon opening the door to insert pizza down to around 450 degrees…! Takes about 8 minutes to cook a small 12” pizza….

item came in a box appears to be new have not taken out or used it yet nit installed. was a fast delivery and shipment. really was no communication so not a fair item but no reasons to think he would not communicate. I was a little confused on order nothing with seller I bought another one like it but NG from Amazon looked at the numbers it was off. Ebay was not showing the right price. EBAY never deducted the coupon on the order total on the give feedback but appears processed right.

Rev-A-Shelf was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller and they immediately emailed a prepaid return label and instructions. That was on Thursday. I shipped it back Friday. Spreetail notified me on Monday that they had received it and had already shipped the replacement. I received the replacement on Tuesday. AMAZING! Can't ask for better service than that.
