I have personally purchased seven of these 110V 12000 btu unites from this specific seller. I have about eight more that I still need to purchase. These units are very, very easy to install. You do need to vacuum the lines, but I have had three of these units since 2019 in my apartments and my tenants love them. The seller has amazing customer service. Very quick to respond, even on weekends and in the evening. They even followed up with a phone call to me, when the shipper made a mistake.

Look guys! I've bought 15 of these now and have been putting them in small one bed one bath units I rent here in Florida. You do not need a vacuum pump or ac guy to come out!!!! I can do one by myself in under 2 hrs.! The directions even tell you how two bleed off the air out of the system step by step!!! Soo easy to do in only 10 seconds! I've only had 1 circuit board go bad in the head and this guy quickly sent me a new one to replace it.. I'll never buy one from anyone else but him!!! Dirk

I received my AC units I bought three at a great price and one just happened to be out of Freon and I have never been helped so fast I sent a message and just a little bit later and before I could tell them more or less what my text said they had told me that they sent out a new unit I got it so fast that it didn’t even mess with the time frame that I had set up for the install of my three units thank you guys so much..And if you’re thinking about buying an ac unit buy here you won’t regret it..
