The item is in new condition it was purchased as a replacement for the same type LG remote for my LG TV. Looks exactly the same and says it will work with my LG TV. A couple of things. I cannot get the OK button to select anything and the pointer will not work. Ive tried to register/pair many times. Everything else appears to be working. The two non-working functions are why I needed this purchased. I'd say about 85% works as needed.

Was hesitant but LG Magic Remote was the real McCoy & mated instantly w/TV. Like, I had barely unpacked it and the TV lit up and was closed captioning, "Hey, big boy, over here. Is that a genuine Magic Remote in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" So much easier to use than the candy bar model that came with the TV. Very, very happy w/product & transaction.

    LG :AN-MR650A Magic Voice Remote, for select 2017 LG 4K Smart LED TVs.

    So, my MAGIC remote arrived today several days ahead of schedule, sealed in the LG factory bag including user guide. The remote was extremely easy to setup to use all the toys that came with my new LG TV. This remote had a built in mouse scrolling wheel as well as a built in microphone which works perfectly. I have the X1- system from Xfinity and was even able to set the X-1 cable box setup on the LG Magic Remote. Now my new remote works all things on the TV as well as Cable box. No more need to have two or more remotes to juggle. Although I was very lucky to pick u this remote at a real bargain price, I would pay retail from LG knowing what I know now.     Not a real LG Remote

    The picture shows a LG branded remote and the one I received does not have any LG branding whatsoever. There is no magic remote function and it is a very basic function remote. I definitely was very unhappy with receiving something other than what was advertised and displayed in the picture of the remote. Would not recommend unless you want a basic remote at this price. Definitely feels less premium than the real magic remote.

    Brand new, works perfectly

    I bought this unit as a 2nd remote for my LG C7 TV. Unfortunately, my model TV can only handle one magic remote with full functionality, but I can do what I need with its limited functions. I'm happy with that. If I need more I can easily make either remote the primary.

    Awesome remote

    Best tv remote out there. Love the pointer controls and love that this one has the Netflix and Amazon buttons. One I received looked to be OEM but that's fine, didn't need the fancy packaging.

    Works, just not the model I ordered

    Actually received the AN-MR19BA, not the AN-MR650A that I ordered. The one sent seems to work fine, and looks nearly identical, so okay. But I actually paid more to get the exact replacement for my broken remote than the going rate for the one I received.
