I ordered 12 package of 20 with a size of 8MM. I received all size 10MM and I already had those. Not only were they the wrong size, they were half drilled. I've attempted to reach out to Jennysun but now they are on a 14 day holiday. I need a credit of the difference in price because I'm keeping these and had to drill out the hole to complete so they could be used for bracelets. What a debacle. I'm owed $12.96 + tax plus the time it took to drill out 240 beads. Revised request just sent.
