Had an issue with shipping and receiving it in a decent time. They were good with communication which goes a long way with me. Regardless it arrived and works well replacing our 15 year old Dyson that took its final tumble and badly broke. The new Dyson is much lighter however they do not make them quite as sturdy as they use to so I doubt our new one will take any abuse. It definitely works well.
